Black Smoke UI

Black Smoke UI WideScreen Edition (works with Feb19th Patch)
======INFO=======================================================================
Black Smoke is the default interface for the interfaces I have made. This pack is the one that controlls the skins. *NEW* Options menu has been added for less mess with /slash commands.  Simply type in "/aui config" and the config window will display.

The new Black Smoke with complete skins pack will switch colors depending on what class you are (when turned on, off by default). Black Smoke is the default skin used. For instance, if you are a primary warrior, your skin would be Inner Rage (red color). If your secondary is Priest, who uses mana, when you changed class the interface would automaticaly switch to Mana Burn (blue). This is of course off by default and can be turned on via the options menu.

    I'm having some problems here :(
    When i download the mod, i only have 1 folder, its named adBottomArt
    Once extracted into the addons folder, i do get some of the artwork to appear ingame, but its like the lower left corner sized 300%. all addons, like actionbars, buffbars etc. is missing. i have tryed with the Curse downloader aswell, same error ocours.

    I downloaded the multiskin package, it seems ok. But a couple problems. I notice everytime I teleport some error window pops up something about 'string'. Also happens when I have a target selected and I left click their picture. Also for the life of me can't figure out how to move the buffs and the threat meter over, they are in the middle of the screen (I've shift + right click, left click, etc.) Any help is appreciated, thanx.

    I will be uploading a few additional addons in the pack. I removed everything since some people like to program in ebonics and made everything crash out after patch day.
    no idea why you are getting error pop-ups if you are only running my UI. Any additional addons will cause pop-ups of the debug window. Simply opening an empty mailbox will cause the error msg.

    Anyways - working on an options menu and adding stable compatable addons - should be up in a couple days.

    Suggested Addons that "work" with my skin as of latest patch:
    MoveableMinimap
    adBuffBars
    pbinfo
    qUnitFrames
    RoMail
    BKInfoBar
    AFK Addon
    make suer to get all the latest ones and you will still get the error box, but it is all working.

    Hi, thanks for replying to my problem. Here's the result of trying the Widescreen edition and messing with UI to fit the background in place. It's still kind of messy and I would like to fix it. I've opened my settings for you guys to see, thanks.

    well the interface itself looks good - did you unpack the Runes of Magic folder (runes of magic.zip) and replace the one in your "My Documents" folder?
    *FOR VISTA USERS*:
    Extract into the "Documents" folder. The full path should look like this when complete -
    Local Disk (C:)\Users\[Vista USERNAME]\Documents\Runes of Magic

    doing this will remove all current macros made, but, will replace the window sizing for a lot less "moving around" and also will come with pre-defined macros for fast interface switching between skins. Dont forget to rename the "your charactor name here". If you hve more then one charactor, copy and paste the folder (so you have more then one) and rename it to your other charactor. BACKUP YOUR ORIGINAL FOLDER BEFORE OVER-WRITING!

    If you dont want to overwrite the RoM folder with mine, thats fine, it jsut requires a lot more moving around to get things to fit properly.

    oh to move the minimap use the command:
    /mm show
    then ...
    /mm hide

    show allows mouse move and hide locks it in place. you can even use the command /mm square to make ti a square minimap (/mm circle to switch it back)

    is there a way to make the bottom portion smaller without having to change my games UI scale...i had to make it so small that i can barely read item names and my skills are all tiny and whatnot

    try the new non-widescreen ver dark is uploading it should help with that. if u still need to do any tweaking just open the adbottomart.xml and edit the x or y cords depending if ur wanting taller/shorter or wider/thinner.

    just remember there are some frames set different. so say one is x="256" and another is x="512" and u lower the 256 to 236 make sure u lower the 512 the same amount. lower 20 down to 492. other wise u may end up with lower frames but still high flames. i edited mine a lil cause i like normal size text but simi small frames/graphic textures.

    if u have any questions pm me or darkfayte we both know how to adjust the ui's lol. dark this is thedeadlysin from ingame if u haven't noticed ;p.

    correct jasonj711 ... only curse wont let me pack .exe files, so its all zips. I would rather pack all my own files, but curse wont allow it.

    yes just download the blacksmoke ui use the exe to install the ui.

    then the runes of magic foler with the Your character name here to the runes of magic folder in My Documents.

    change the name to one of ur characters let it override everything then just copy the folder and change the name so that u have a folder made for each of ur charcters with the download files.

    that way u have everything set up for each character.
