About Guild Online Sorter and Toggle

This addon automatically groups online players at the top of the guild list. It also allows you to apply custom sort orders to the member list and to customize the information that is displayed in the list for each player. In addition it will allow you to apply custom coloring to the member list based upon member rank.

OK the MIA function has been fixed. The problem it seems was the author has over complicated his code structure :s

GlyphDM contacted me to have a look at the MIA code problem.

ive had a little look at it and i have half fixed the problem. I have MIA working but its grabbing the hours digits aswell as days to class MIA above the number you set in the settings. I'll keep plugging away at it though :)

The only problem with this that since the last patch, it no longer will sort guild members by when they last logged on, a feature I really liked about this, I'm really hoping the mod maker comes back and updates it.

Well according to the profile of the dev that works on this he hasn't posted a single comment anywhere since May, I'm gonna guess this mod is gonna go the way of totally forgotten which really sucks.

looks like a loop for when info is not given. i think this was a server side patch that changed how info was parsed from server. If anyone knows what changed and how to patch, muchly appreciated.

completpley broke miday yestreday. 2 days after patch. Entire guild got reset to NO ranks, and pressing G results in a list of all members as dddddddddddd.

i hope theres a fix, i absoultley loved this mod and everyone in my guild used it!

There are a lot of little problems with this mod since the last few patches, not the least of which it is spamming my chat with people going online and offline everytime I kick someone from the guild, add someone to the guild.
Whoever happens to be online their names basically show up as if they got disconnected and then reconnected everytime I make a change in the Guild members.

And yes the people tracking is broke for me too.
I hope there will still be updates for this mod coming :)

Not sure if anyone else noticed, but none of my addons, Guild Online Sorter & Toggle included (XBar is another), are showing zones any longer. I have no idea where my guildies are any more. Any chance on a fix?

Hey!
Just remembered a small function that could be interesting and usefull (for me at least).

That function would be to save the guild list as a log.
Like we press a button or type a given slash command, and the addon would save the current guild roster in a txt file.

Think this is doable?

Only sort of. The only "file write" I can do is via the saved variables file. I could set something out that would store the guild information into my addon's saved variables and then have an outside application to be able to parse the file to pull the information back out, but I'm not able to find any information on another way to do it.

i just installed this on my wife's system, working fine on mine, great addon, but it wont work on hers, same OS and all, tried .12 and the new .13, gets following error on login, call GuildFrame's OnShow, line: [string "?"]:837: attempt to index upvalue 'go_guild_members' (a nil value)

Alright, I've just uploaded version 13.1 which should prevent the error and let the guild frame still function if it has an error.

Let me know if she gets the message "An error was detected, go_guild_members was nil on line 624." and, if so, see if you can send me a screenshot of her guild frame, please. -- jjflanigan@perfectweb.org
