KillStats Panel

Description

Have you ever wondered how many wolves, bears or other monsters you killed? This addon will tell you! KillStats shows names, levels and HP of monsters that you killed during your adventures in Taborea, along with the total number of kills. In addition to monsters, KillStats shows names, classes and levels of players you defeated in PvP.

Installation

Unzip KillStats.zip to your Runes of Magic -> Interface -> AddOns folder. If there is no Interface folder with AddOns subfolder in your Runes of Magic installation folder, please create them. All files from KillStats.zip should end up in a folder similar to this: C:\Program Files\Runes of Magic\Interface\AddOns\KillStats

Usage

When you log in after installing KillStats, you will see a panel with the number of kills below your character's health/mana bars. Click on the panel to display detailed kill statistics. You can move the panel by holding 'Shift' on your keyboard and dragging the panel using left mouse button.

Note

KillStats doesn't know how many monsters you killed before installing this addon. It will show "0 kills" when first installed and start showing every kill after that. Do not start Runes of Magic without KillStats afterwards or you will loose all gathered kill statistics. KillStats stores data in SaveVariables.lua file located in My Documents -> Runes of Magic folder. Make a copy of this file if you want to re-install Runes of Magic.

Now start Runes of Magic and kill some monsters. See you in Taborea!

- Fixed a bug that caused KillStats button to revert to its default position if it was moved too close to the right or bottom edge of the screen.

- Names in the list are color-coded: players white, regular mobs yellow, elite mobs orange and bosses red.

    Hello,
    my mainchar is a Mage, i kill the mobs often with a skill "fegefeuer" (i dont know the english skill name) its a AoE an i need no target for it, unfortunately killstat is only counting the targeted mobs, is there a way to count al killed mobs?

    I tried qUnitFrames and I can see see KillStats button. Try to move the frame located in the top-left corner. Maybe KillStats button is underneath.

    In v0.3 the button is movable. Hold Shift and drag it anywhere you want.

    Thank you guys/girls for your comments. I will make the button moveable and add sorting.

    I would appreciate if someone can try it in PvP. I don't have any chars on the PvP server and I can't try it myself. If someone tried it please send send a pm.

    The first next thing would be to make the button moveable, so it saves its current postition.
    Secondly the possibility to sort the list would be nice.
