Description :

  • StoreMultiBuy is an AddOn that allow you to buy multiple "copies" of an item easily.

Features:

  • <Shift> + Click (Both Right & Left is working) on an item at any vendor and, you'll get a Popup-Box to chose the amount you would like to buy.

USE WITH CARE YOU CAN USE ALL YOUR MONEY WITH THIS ADDON,
MAX ITEM'S YOU CAN CHOSE TO BUY IT "MATH.FLOOR( YOUR-MONEY / ITEM-PRICE )",
SO DON'T COME CRYING IF YOU SPEND ALL YOUR MONEY BY ACCIDENT...

Installation:

    Hey Buff, just a heads up, Curse Client keeps recognizing SMB as an unrecognized addon and also as installed and offering to install a match. I think it's because you changed the folder name or internal name somewhere. Please look into that.

    If Zilver reads this, I have all the last copies of your addons if you need them and didn't have backups from before the fiasco. I'm probably not the only one, but I might be the first to offer to help restore them if you want them. If anybody wants them to make updates to them, ask me and we can figure out a way to pass them to whoever.

    I haven't done anything, it looks like "BuffyS" asked curse to get access to this, so my guess it that he/she updated it to the current version of the game.

    Anyway I got every single release I ever did for RoM of all my AddOns in my Archive on my PC, but thanks for the offer 8-)

    Also all my other work should exist on rom.curseforge.com I didn't delete it, I just quit RoM and saw no real reason to continue development with no support from the Game-Developers (this AddOn couldn't even have existed with out the use of a Illigal tool to extract the default UI files).

    Anyway hope you are all good, and enjoy playing, my next game is just around the corner, Closed Beta just ended so I'm just w8ting for the Open Beta to start up now 8-)

    Sorry, my original intention was to create a StoreMultiBuy2 with credits to you because you abandoned the project. After I had a few problems with curseforge, a mod said that, since this project was abandoned, I could take over and continue on it.
    I definitely needed the functionality to multi buy especially power stones, and your project was a perfect basis... since it was no longer on curse.com, I wasn't able to write a comment ;)

    Of curse, I didn't remove any access from you. If you want, you can take back the project at any time and it would be as I originally wanted it: I just wanted to give you the code for the multi buy non stackable items option.

    @all: this code is 90% original, I just removed the error message for the non stackable items and replaced it with the new one. And it does work :) I used it to buy about 2000 power stones and a couple of hundret cloth belts already :)
    ...and the 2000 power stones were the perfect reason to add this functionality :)

    I just wanted to let bronislav84 (and all else interested) know that I had no problem with the Update (and yeah I already looked through the files, looking good *smile* ), but also needed to get it out that I still am away from the RoM community.

    I'm thankful that I still got a Author spot here, but can't promise that I'll be adding anything, so as long as I get credit for the work I originally did I'm happy *smile*.

    Anyway the new feature to be able to "multi" buy non-stackable items originally was build-in in my alpha version, but I later removed it, but it's a good feature to have (I just never used it, which was why I removed it, and no one came with any real feedback so I didn't know the feature was missed ... anyway I wish you good luck on the project *smile*.

    I saw in your code that you had the multi buy function in it, but the problem was that you had no delay... without that, the queue get's full within a second, so you always had an average of 20 or so...
    This is why I did this workaround... to my knowledge, there's no "Sleep()" function anywhere... :)

    I'm just wondering who's next for this project :) I'm about to leave RoM too quite soon :)

    I checked on Curseforge though. The pages used to be there, but I can't access them anymore and neither can the client.

    Zilver if you're still checking this and see it, I almost cried when I saw all your quit messages and how they treated your thread on the forums. I agree there should be a real addon dev kit. Do the game devs even know that the functions were all illegally extracted because nobody could get at them otherwise? How did the game devs expect people to make addons without knowing what funtions are supported? It boggles the mind, really.

    They might release a formal addon devkit at some point, and I hope you return. I don't know what I'll do it XPE breaks and I can't fix it.

    My next question is, do you mind if I try my hand at uploading a fix for XPExtended when the level cap goes up? I noticed it's just a simple matter of changing one variable. I wouldn't be able to add new features or adjust the addon for UI changes though (I don't really know Lua, just can read it and understand some things), so I'm probably not the best person to update it. Maybe somebody else will.

    By the way what game and what server? :D

    Is mentioning about how the functions were obtained against the site rules? I really hope its ok. It's not like people don't know how the functions were obtained, right?

    Would be nice if I could type in the number of items I want to buy.
    Without your AddOn i have to rightclick the item I want to buy 30 times. With your AddOn I have to shiftclick the item first and then click on the arrow 30 times. So I don't see any use in your AddOn.

    No you are actually mistaken about that... if the item stack and you shift click it with my addon you can type in the number of the item you want ... this is also possible without my addon ... but if you want more than one full stack of the item ... my addon allow you to get it in "one action" without my addon you have to do it in "number of stack's" actions ... but if you don't find that usefull then don't use it.

    I don't agree with you on this, I just checked the "original" files ... and they still only let you buy bundles of max stack size ... this addon makes it possible to buy more than one stack of item's in "one" action, also you should note that this addon support both mouse button's for the "pop-up" frame asking how many of the item you want to buy ... but if you find it un-nessesary simply don't use ... but I still find this VERY usefull.

    I don't think that this is useless, I still modify the function, due to missing features (that is if you ask me) ... I want to be able to buy 99999 potions if I want to with 1 action ... also I see no reason for not having the + Click function on both buttons ... but that might just be me.
