Added option to send an attachement by alt+clicking a bag item
Added option to enter house by alt/shift/ctrl (customizable) clicking house NPC
Added option to move items between bag I and II by alt+clicking them
Added ability to choose between alt/shift/ctrl clicking to open bank at house NPC
Major refactoring of the xml and reorganizing of the lua

Fixed some bugs
Added option to show more than the default 2 windows at a time
Added option to open bank box when talking to house NPC
Added option to close bank and mail boxes when attempting to enter house
