OOR means "Out of range" and CD means "cooldown", so what this does is remove those annoying red popup error messages when you try to hit something beyond your reach or try to cast a spell within the GCD (that means "Global Cooldown") or within the spell's own cooldown.
This addon not only is blocking the OOR and CD messages, but it blocks all messages from quest completions and quest collection/kills too which is a bit more than I want it to block. Thanks for trying though :)
